What happens after I sign up?

We'll send you a message to verify it’s you. Once you’re verified we’ll then contact every agent in the area and alert them about your search criteria. Your details will also be live on our site, and be able to be searched for by registered agents.

I'm looking in a few different areas, is that okay?

Absolutely, you can create different profiles entirely for that purpose. You can also edit and deactivate these profiles at any time.

I'm uncertain as to what I'm looking for, should I register now?

Yes, complete the form first and if anything is unclear then we'll contact you directly to help. You can also email [email protected] and request a call back but you'll need to be registered first. You can also check out our social media pages for useful links and tips.

How does SnapdUp differ to using a property portal?

You get to hear about the latest properties before they go on to a property portal, so you have a wider choice, less competition and a better chance of getting the property you want.

Why should I use SnapdUp?

Because it saves you time and gets you better results than any other way of searching for a property.

How is SnapdUp able to filter the results so that I don't get called about irrelevant properties?

We make agents put their money where their mouth is. Agents pay SnapdUp to access your contact details. If they genuinely have a property that fits your criteria then they'll be happy to pay for access to your contact details, if they haven't anything of interest for you then they won't pay.

What happens after I’ve found my next home or wish to end my home search?

Simply log in and change your status to inactive. That is updated on our website immediately and we then also notify the agents who have already contacted you via SnapdUp.

My status is not active?

Your details only become active after you have replied to the confirmation text or email. If you have done this and you still haven't received the message then please login to check the details you provided are correct. If they are then please click resend confirmation on the your account page.

What happens with my information?

Your information is not shared with any other third party and is stored using the most secure and sophisticated tools available.

Does SnapdUp offer any other services?

Not at the moment, though we have an exciting number of future product launches planned focussed on enabling the idea of freedom of movement.
