A homeseeker only becomes active after they have verified their contact details by responding to a message we have sent to them.
You can find out immediately if you are logged in. Otherwise we send an email the following day notifying all agents in the homeseekers chosen area of their profile.

The homeseekers are decisive and want to move fast. We provide tips to them in order to ensure that they get in ahead of the competition and so that they are seen in the best light by agents and vendors.
Yes, the early bird catches the worm - so move fast. If the homeseeker only wants a certain number of agents to contact them then they can deactivate their profile once that is achieved.
Also, keep logged in at all times and check every few hours. SnapdUp is built to enhance the agent - homeseeker relationship and provide benefits to both sides. The more you use it, the more you will get out of it.
Please ask the homeseeker to deactivate their status. We also regularly send homeseekers messages to ask them to edit and deactivate their profile but on occasion this may occur.
